You will be part of the Human Capital Management Directorate under the People & Organisation Group which focuses on developing people and organisational capabilities. As strategic partners to our Directorates and AGD officers, you will work closely with senior management to nurture an engaged and high-performing workforce that is motivated and passionate with transforming public sector finance. Responsibilities Responsibilities: You will be involved in the following areas: Leadership Development • Staff the review and enhancement of leadership development initiatives, incorporating 360-degree feedback mechanisms, coaching, mentoring and milestone programmes to strengthen leadership competencies across the organisation • Evaluate and recommend improvements to learning and development policies and leadership development programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and emerging needs • Manage learning and development operations including coordination of course registrations and nominations Performance Management • Support the annual ranking and promotion cycle, target-setting, and evaluation • Manage confirmations and emplacement of officers Workplace Conduct • Review and manage workplace conduct policies and processes • Implement changes to policies and programmes on conduct You will partner and engage AGD’s management, line managers, and employees in leadership, performance and capability development. You will also support HR digital transformation efforts to streamline, improve and automate HR processes. Requirements Requirements: Functional/Technical Competencies • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines • 2-5 years of relevant HR work experience • Familiarity with Civil Service policies and guidelines will be an advantage • Prior experience with learning management systems and data analysis tools • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Generic Competencies • Meticulous and good organisational skills • Innovative and resourceful individual who thinks creatively to develop solutions for existing and anticipated challenges • Proactive, results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, build trust and influence stakeholders at various levels • Strong analytical, written, communication and inter-personal skills You will be notified whether you have been shortlisted within 4 weeks from the closing date of this job posting.
