Responsibilities You will be part of the Human Resource (HR) team and be responsible for the following areas: • Lead in the review and implementation of career development and leadership development policies, frameworks and programmes. • Manage the implementation of competencies which will guide officers in their professional growth. • Oversee learning and development policies, frameworks and programmes, including scholarship and sponsorship programmes. • Review work processes regularly as part of continuous improvement and collaborate with other teams on projects and events. Requirements You should be a Singapore citizen with at least 3 years of HR experience or relevant experience in the public sector. The ideal candidate is meticulous, a good communicator, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and works well in a team.
