Manager (Customer Experience & Engagement)

You oversee the development and review of communication channels and materials used for engaging pre-enlistees and their parents and also ensure that these channels and materials remain relevant and engaging. In addition, you manage outreach programmes and the operations of the Central Manpower Base (CMPB) website, while working with stakeholders to deliver citizen-centric services. Responsibilities - Oversee the development and review of communication channels and materials used for engaging pre-enlistees and their parents, ensuring these remain relevant and engaging - Manage outreach programmes to engage pre-enlistees and parents on topics relating to pre-enlistment and National Service (NS) - Manage the operations of the Central Manpower Base (CMPB) website, including managing projects to align the website with Whole-of-Government standards, compliance, and Operations and Support requirements - Work with stakeholders to improve or develop processes to ensure services remain citizen-centric, through means such as Business Process Re-engineering, Design Thinking, and Service Blueprinting Challenge(s) - Being forward-looking and innovative in communicating with the public and ensuring that the department's communication plan remains relevant and effective across all channels - Navigating and balancing different perspectives and concerns from various stakeholders to achieve the desired service quality and communication outcomes Requirements - Education in Business, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred - Relevant experience in communications, outreach, or marketing is preferred - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in design software and coding is advantageous (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
