[LTA-FIN] MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING Responsibilities You will be part of the Finance team responsible for ensuring governance and controls for initiatives/schemes as well as budgeting matters. You will also be involved in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, including ensuring the seamless integration and efficient functioning of the Finance Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with internal stakeholders to contribute to governance and controls for the initiatives/schemes • Support the day-to-day operations of the initiatives/schemes, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with governance and controls • Gather and analyse business requirements and identify suitable solutions, including the Finance ERP system where relevant, after considering the specific needs of various stakeholders • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement these solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices • Drive the adoption of changes, including providing training and support, for new solutions and improvements to the existing business processes • Manage contractors and ensure their ability to meet contractual obligations and deliver quality outcomes Requirements • Knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, or a related field • Good working knowledge of project finance functions such as tracking of Project Budget and/or Project Asset Accounting • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions • Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication with the ability to pitch ideas and influence • A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind • Experience in other digital tools such as Python, Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will have an advantage As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
