Manager (Finance Management) - Bukit Panjang

You are responsible for finance-related matters, including monitoring of funds usage, maintaining finance records and managing the administration of finance processes. Responsibilities - Manage and oversee daily operations and purchasing requirements - Monitor the budget and payment performance of allocated funds, and conduct budgeting exercises and quarterly budget reviews - Monitor and coordinate follow-ups for outstanding system transactions - Conduct audit to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations Challenge(s) - Communicating with senior management and users to ensure timely and accurate submission of budget and audit-related matters - Ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with policy and guidelines with minimal supervision Requirements - Education in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or a related field is preferred - At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance is preferred - Proficiency in technology and AI tools, with the ability to leverage information technology and artificial intelligence to enhance work efficiency and streamline processes - Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes - Responsible and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organisational needs - Proficiency in Microsoft products including PowerBuilder, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, and Excel - Collaborative team player who readily provides support and assistance to colleagues when needed Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
