Employer Branding Intern

Responsibilities As an Employer Branding Intern, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our employer brand to life across digital platforms. • Propose and create engaging content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Monitor the performance of our social media efforts and do basic analytics and insights to help us understand what's working and where we can improve. • Liaise with our creative agency and branding vendor, and collaborate with internal stakeholders As this role sits within the HR team, you'll also get involved in ad-hoc HR and organisational events — supporting the planning, logistics, and execution of these events. Requirements • Creative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and liaising with various stakeholders • Strong written communication skills with an eye for design, and interested in talent attraction, marketing, and communications. • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with content creation tools e.g. using Canva and Capcut for video and graphic editing/development Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
