As a Talent Development Manager at GRA, you will drive talent development initiatives focused on career development, leadership pipeline building, and performance excellence. You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to design and implement programmes that enhance organisational capabilities and retain our talents. Responsibilities 1. Career Development and Succession Planning • Design and implement comprehensive career frameworks and progression pathways across GRA’s functional domains, and at individual level • Develop and curate self-service career resources to empower employees in their professional growth • Implement internal postings, secondments, attachments, gigs, projects • Support succession planning efforts to build a robust leadership pipeline and ensure business continuity 2. Leadership and High-Potential Development • Manage end-to-end leadership development programmes aligned with GRA’s strategic priorities, e.g. conduct 360-degree feedback exercises, design targeted development interventions • Identify and nurture high-potential talents through customised development programmes • Plan and implement development programmes e.g. leadership/milestone programmes, overseas conferences, scholarships 3. Performance Excellence • Implement GRA’s performance management programmes • Manage annual assessment and development planning exercises, including support in ranking discussions, and process performance-related payments • Advise on performance-related matters • Review and enhance performance management processes for greater effectiveness Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus in performance management and career development • Keen interest in helping employees develop meaningful careers during their time in the organisation • Proactive, independent self-starter with a resourceful approach to problem-solving • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Able to handle confidential information with discretion • Experience with HR information systems e.g. SAP, HRPS is a plus • IHRP certification is a plus
