[LTA-TRO] DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, ACTIVE MOBILITY ENFORCEMENT PARTNERSHIP Responsibilities You will join a dynamic team to engage community stakeholders, including grassroots leaders/ advisers, volunteers from the community, schools and non-profit organisations to increase the footprint of active mobility’s enforcement and engagement efforts on the ground. This role will require you to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strategise, plan collaborative events and joint patrols with active mobility enforcement officers and officers from other agencies. You will be working with a team of staff and volunteers to collect ground insights, make proposals and presentations to Management and external stakeholders to gain support, and plan deployments. You will also be required to produce training materials and conduct training for volunteers. In addition, you may be required to work on any other related matters pertaining to active mobility enforcement and be able to attend work events outside office hours. Requirements • Knowledge in any discipline   • At least 3 years’ working experience, preferably in partnership and community engagement; having experience in volunteer management would give you a competitive edge • Possess the ability to think strategically with strong analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills and a strong understanding for ground operations to be able to effectively navigate nuances and sensitivities when communicating with enforcement officers, stakeholders and Management •  Ability to manage external Service Provider via a Contract. Example: budget management, tender calling, contract awarding, invoicing processing, etc.  • Bilingual (with one dialect) with good spoken and written skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team; positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.  • Having Class 3 and/or Class 2B driving licence will be an advantage  As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
