We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to the management team and divisions, working closely with them to align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will also be working closely with the management team and divisions on a wide range of HR issues relating to talent attraction, talent management and retention, and exit matters. Responsibilities (a) Talent Attraction * Partner with hiring divisions to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Source and attract candidates through various channels, including Careers@Gov, LinkedIn, networking events and employee referrals. * Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, and develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. (b) Strategic Partnership * Partner management and divisions to understand the business needs and challenges, and provide HR support and guidance where necessary. * Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business performance and foster a positive work environment. * Partner management and divisions to understand workforce profile to identify areas of improvement and proactively address issues, as well as advise on succession planning for the middle management within the respective divisions. Requirements -3 – 5 years of experience in HR. -Experience in business partnership and recruitment would be an advantage. -Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams. -Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. -Experience in streamlining or refining HR processes would be advantageous.
