You are responsible for ensuring the Digital and Intelligence Service's (DIS) operational resilience and capability assurance through effective and efficient industry support. You will spearhead initiatives to close gaps in contractors' operational readiness and ensure their compliance to the contract design and requirements for the DIS. Responsibilities - Formulate and formalise robust frameworks to assess contractors' competencies and resource readiness against operational requirements - Design and formalise structured approaches for assessing contractors' business continuity and disaster recovery plans - Lead periodic evaluations of contractors' business continuity and disaster recovery plans - Lead systematic and regular audits to validate industry partners' operational capacity to fulfil contractual obligations, sustain routine operations and performance standards - Lead the gap analysis of existing contracts and work with key stakeholders to develop actionable measures - Develop and implement data-driven dashboards to assess and monitor industry partners' performance and drive decision-making processes - Shape the design of contracts to ensure assurance of contractors' readiness and operational resilience Challenge(s) - Managing diverse outsourcing requirements to meet the DIS's dynamic operational needs - Managing and motivating industry partners to maintain readiness and performance standards in support of the DIS Requirements - Education in any discipline - At least 6 years of relevant experience in Contract Management-related areas such as procurement, supply chain and logistics management, contract establishment, and contractor management - Proficiency in interpreting complex data to derive actionable insights for decision-making - Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Skills in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and dispute resolution - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results despite overlapping timelines - Strong leadership and decision-making ability - Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
