Manager/Senior Manager, Domain Technology & Logistics Management (1yr contract)

The job holder supports logistics, building and infrastructure matters across ICA’s Sea Domain to ensure the smooth daily operations of checkpoints and work units. The role also supports infrastructure improvement initiatives to provide a safe and conducive working environment, as well as procurement and contract management activities relating to logistics and building maintenance. Responsibilities • Oversee building infrastructure, facilities maintenance, and compliance with SCDF fire safety regulations. • Manage procurement, contract renewals, and vendor coordination in line with finance and procurement guidelines. • Lead B&L project coordination, including tender preparation, approvals, and execution. • Serve as the main liaison for FMM, IBC, contractors, and stakeholders on infrastructure improvements. • Ensure timely payments, budget tracking, and contract administration. • Monitor operational equipment maintenance and consumables replenishment. • Address facility-related feedback and provide updates on projects, building infrastructure and improvements. Requirements • Detail-oriented and comfortable with calculations and processing tasks. • Able to write clear and concise reports. • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Comfortable conducting site survey and inspections with stakeholders and contractors. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. • Experience or knowledge in building and facilities management is a plus.
