As part of the Talent, Learning & Development team, you will play a key role in shaping URA's talent pipeline by driving initiatives across talent attraction, employee engagement and talent management. Beyond managing programmes, you will partner stakeholders to strengthen the employee experience, build future talent pipelines and contribute to organisation-wide talent strategies. This role offers broad exposure across the talent lifecycle and provides opportunities to lead cross-functional projects that influence how URA attracts, develops and retains talent. As you gain experience, you will progressively take on larger strategic initiatives and leadership responsibilities within the Talent Management portfolio. Responsibilities Drive URA's Young Talent Pipeline • Lead the end-to-end management of URA's scholarship and internship programmes, from outreach and selection to onboarding, engagement and ongoing relationship management. • Build partnerships with educational institutions and identify opportunities to strengthen URA's employer brand and talent pipeline. Support Talent Development and Engagement • Support the design and implementation of talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning and development programmes. • Plan and deliver engagement initiatives for scholars, interns and identified talent groups to strengthen employee experience and organisational belonging. Drive Talent Programme Innovation and Continuous Improvement • Continuously review and enhance the design and delivery of URA's young talent and talent management programmes. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, leverage technology and AI, strengthen programme governance, and use data and insights to improve programme effectiveness and stakeholder experience. Partner Stakeholders • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver talent initiatives. • Prepare management papers, reports and presentations, and support organisation-wide HR projects and strategic initiatives as required. Requirements • A degree in a relevant discipline or at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement or learning and development. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting workforce data. • Beyond the fundamentals, we are looking for someone who brings a genuine curiosity for process improvement and is comfortable working with data and digital tools. • You should be a confident communicator and skilled relationship manager, able to engage stakeholders at all levels with clarity and credibility. • A warm, people-centred approach is equally important, as building trust with individual scholars, interns and talents is a meaningful part of this role. • The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines, while maintaining attention to detail, is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Co-pilot. • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and prior experience with Workday would be advantageous.
