Public Relations/Corporate Communications/PsychologyHealthcarefull-time

You are the psychological health consultant to your affiliated Division/Formation/Command, responsible for developing comprehensive psychological health strategies and providing direct support to service personnel to enhance overall organisational well-being. Responsibilities - Develop and implement psychological health strategies and workplans to meet the psychological health objectives of your affiliated Division/Formation/Command - Engage with commanders and supervisors at various levels to understand organisational needs and context for targeted psychological health interventions - Plan and execute well-being initiatives including well-being days, organising activities, talks, and visits to promote psychological wellness - Monitor psychological well-being status across the organisation - Present findings at key forums, and collaborate with leadership to develop necessary interventions - Provide one-to-one support to service personnel to address individual psychological health needs - Partner with commanders and supervisors to resolve workplace adjustment issues and provide guidance on deployment options and management plans - Deliver training programmes to commanders and supervisors on effectively managing psychological health challenges in the workplace Challenge(s) - Reducing stigma and cultivating a psychologically healthy culture within the Division/Formation/Command whilst encouraging service personnel to seek help when in distress - Staying current with the latest developments in psychological health practices and maintaining your own mental well-being as casework can be emotionally demanding Requirements - Education in Clinical or Counselling Psychology - Postgraduate degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology is preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to develop and implement strategic psychological health programmes Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
