Your role will require you to support and drive the organisation’s strategic planning, transformation, enterprise risk management and innovation priorities. You will work with different stakeholders to translate the organisation’s long-term direction into actionable strategies and workplans, strengthen risk governance and foresight, and foster innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation. Responsibilities You will be part of a team responsible for the following duties: • Participate in gambling regulatory environmental scanning, trend analysis, and perform strategic reviews on regulatory environmental, technological and economical trending to identify emerging opportunities, threats and implications for the organisation’s mission, desired outcomes and future capabilities; • Plan, organise and execute GRA’s key management strategic discussion platforms including management retreats, workplan seminars and leadership discussions on organizational-level strategies to response to rapid developments on regulatory challenges and emerging trends in the regulatory operating environment; • Design discussion topics and facilitate leadership discussions to formulate and refresh organisational-level strategies, priorities and workplans that align with the organisation’s goals and desired outcomes; • Assist in driving delivery of GRA’s Transformation Masterplan via active engagement of divisions and officers in the formation, review and delivery of their respective divisional transformation plans that align with GRA’s overall transformation objectives, plan and strategies. • Develop and refresh strategic planning guidelines and tools to support divisions in formulating, reviewing and prioritising their workplans; • Active monitoring on the progress of transformation plans, and propose intervention when needed. • Manage the organisation’s enterprise risk management framework, including a) identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of enterprise, emerging and key operational risks; and b) work with risk owners to review risk indicators, controls, incidents and mitigation measures, and prepare risk-related submissions and updates for senior management and oversight bodies. • Drive the organisation’s innovation agenda and framework, covering ideation, evaluation, experimentation, implementation, scaling, capability building, and rewards and recognition; • Support change management, stakeholder engagements and officers’ communications for major transformation and innovation initiatives to enable effective adoption; and • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements • At least 2-3 years of working experience • Knowledge and prior work experience in corporate or strategic planning, transformation, enterprise risk management or innovation will be an added advantage • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise information from different stakeholders, identify implications and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Dynamic, self-motivated and able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills • Resourceful and possesses a strong inquisitive mind to explore and develop ideas, challenge assumptions and drive organisation-wide initiatives • Keen eye for detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
