You are responsible for driving a training institute's efficiency across logistics, estate, and finance functions. In this role, you lead the Logistics Branch and oversee logistics, estate management, finance and contract governance to ensure smooth operational excellence while planning and developing capabilities to support the institute's future needs. Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of logistics, finance, and estate management plans to support the institute's operations - Drive process redesign and improve operational efficiency through stakeholder engagement, demand forecasting and accountability - Manage the institute's premises to ensure the safety, functionality and maintenance of its infrastructure and facilities - Manage the planning, allocation and control of the Institute's budget to ensure effective financial management and governance - Manage and advise on the administrative processes for procurement and contract management Challenge(s) - Maintaining neutrality while facilitating discussions among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities - Managing a wide variety of tasks simultaneously including dedicated time to support and advise on stakeholders' needs - Navigating the varying requirements across logistics, finance, and estate matters with both internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the needs of all parties Requirements - Education in Logistics, Finance, Estate Management or a related field is preferred - At least 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, finance, estate management or related areas - Ability to lead, manage and develop teams - Good stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with users and partners Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
