ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore’s internal security and stability. For over 75 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. As an Information Management Executive, you are responsible for managing ISD’s information systems and repository to enable accurate and strategic decision-making in furtherance of our mission. Responsibilities Key duties include: • Maintaining and enhancing the entire information management systems and repository, as well as records management processes, to ensure the availability of accurate information for authorised users • Developing and implementing information management strategies, policies and measures to ensure the preservation and confidentiality of information in the systems and repository • Partnering various stakeholders to leverage AI, data analytics and other ICT tools and services to develop robust and sustainable user-centric solutions, monitor outcomes, and derive further insights to iterate and improve policies governing the use of the systems and repository • Facilitating process improvements by analysing existing business processes, identifying pain points and recommending automation or optimisation using AI tools Requirements • Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply • Comfortable with using data to identify critical policy issues and concerns to work on • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating use cases would be advantageous • Ability to work independently and in a team • Good interpersonal skills to engage and seek buy-in from stakeholders • Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
