You lead in the planning and execution of selected systems reviews across the MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) within the Inspector-General's Office (IGO) Systems Review Team. Responsibilities - Plan and execute systems reviews - Manage a team to coordinate review efforts and front engagements with the formation - Apply strategic and analytical thinking to assess complex MINDEF/SAF issues and challenges at the systems level - Engage effectively with senior stakeholders across formations - Present findings and recommendations - Coordinate review efforts across multiple stakeholders, managing trade-offs and competing priorities to ensure reviews are conducted thoroughly and objectively - Support the continuous improvement of systems and processes across MINDEF/SAF Challenge(s) - Leading SAF-wide systems reviews across diverse and unfamiliar domains, requiring strong systems-level thinking and the ability to quickly appreciate complex MINDEF/SAF issues and challenges - Managing review teams and stakeholder engagements with rigour and objectivity Requirements - Related education and qualifications in Safety Management, Workplace Safety and Health, or organisational management - At least 12 years of work experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and trade-offs - Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of seniority Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
