You lead a team in managing support services and maintenance contracts, driving contractual performance and ensuring compliance. You oversee more complex contracts while coaching and empowering your staff in managing less complex ones. Responsibilities - Act as an advisor to key users by translating operational requirements into contractual specifications that achieve desired outcomes for readiness, performance, and compliance - Work with various agencies to design contracting mechanisms tailored to drive maximum utility and leverage from outsourcing arrangements - Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract design, compliance surveillance, budgeting, risk management, negotiation, and adherence to business law - Serve as the interface between capability owners and contract users and harmonise different business processes and practices to devise optimal contracting approaches - Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, finance, and Information Technology (IT) to address arising issues and ensure contractual compliance Challenge(s) - Navigating a complex stakeholder landscape as the interface between capability owners and contract users and requiring the ability to align diverse parties towards the best-fit contract design and management approach to meet readiness, performance, and compliance objectives - Managing the breadth and complexity of contract management functions across multiple business domains while understanding the peculiarities of varied contract approaches Requirements - At least 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply-related business, or in contract management is preferred - Resilient and persistent in achieving outcomes - Proactive and open-minded approach to developing innovative solutions - Strong time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple contracts and stakeholders Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
