Manager (Capital) - DIS

You strategically plan and manage the capability development and research and technology (R&T) budgets to support both the short-term and long-term buildup plans for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS). You apply and implement digitalisation and/or automation solutions through data analytics and robot process automation (RPA). Responsibilities - Manage capability development budgets - Prepare short and long-term budget plans - Ensure compliance with financial regulations - Implement digitalisation solutions - Apply data analytics and RPA - Support finance audits - Prepare management reports - Coordinate with project managers Challenge(s) - Accurately projecting budget requirements - Optimising defence budget usage - Working across various organisations and levels - Meeting reporting deadlines Requirements - Education in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Statistics, Business Studies or finance-related field - Proficiency in Systems Applications and Products (SAP) financial systems is advantageous - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Qliksense, Power BI is advantageous - Ability to work independently with initiative - Meticulous (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
