Step 2 · The role
You will lead Human Resource (HR) business process transformation across the organisation. You will ensure HR policies, systems and workflows are optimised through innovation and digitalisation to improve service delivery, user experiences and operational efficiency in support of evolving HR needs. Responsibilities - Design, implement and manage HR business process projects from conceptualisation to rollout - Review and re-engineer workflows to improve efficiency, compliance and service delivery - Engage HR agencies, business units and vendors to implement initiatives, resolve issues and enable adoption - Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement Challenge(s) - Collaborating with multiple HR agencies across the organisation while managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholder needs - Staying current with evolving HR policies, technologies and best practices while managing ambiguity to ensure smooth adoption of new or revised HR initiatives Requirements - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management or a related field - Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) Software as a Service (SaaS) is advantageous - Good interpersonal, written and communication skills - Adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
