Manager (Infrastructure & Equipping)

You are responsible for medical and dental equipping and infrastructure development projects for the Military Medicine Institute (MMI), overseeing the planning, design, and construction of medical and dental facilities to enhance the Singapore Armed Forces' (SAF) healthcare standards. Responsibilities - Lead medical infrastructure development for all MMI medical and dental facilities, from conceptualisation through to implementation - Manage the equipping of medical and dental equipment across all local SAF medical facilities - Perform technology watch for MMI to identify emerging technologies and innovations relevant to military medicine - Develop and implement logistics, infrastructure, and equipping initiatives to keep SAF's healthcare standards on par with the public healthcare sector in Singapore - Work closely with multiple agencies across the public and private healthcare sectors to coordinate and deliver projects effectively Challenge(s) - Navigating the complexities of MMI's role and work processes to develop and implement initiatives that meaningfully enhance SAF's healthcare standards - Managing multiple concurrent infrastructure and equipping projects across diverse stakeholders in both the public and private healthcare sectors Requirements - Education in any discipline - Relevant experience in managing infrastructure and logistics in a medical setting is preferred - Possess competencies in medical infrastructure development - Ability to perform technology watch and translate findings into actionable recommendations - Strong project management skills with the ability to see projects through from conceptualisation to implementation - Good interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
