You are responsible for the career and performance management of all vocationalists under Joint Intelligence Command (JIC). You will also oversee force readiness, recruitment, expertise development, and engagement efforts across JIC and its formations. Responsibilities - Manage the career and succession planning of Military Intelligence Experts (MIEs), including cross-domain postings and placements across HQ, formations, and other units or departments within the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) - Perform course nominations as part of career management and Route of Advancement (ROA) planning - Establish and manage the performance management system - Serve as the custodian of all promotion and ranking matters within the Command - Identify manpower shortages and project future requirements - Manage resource allocation and staffing of regulars to fulfil operational demands Challenge(s) - Developing an in-depth understanding of all manpower policies, procedures, and issues affecting personnel and their career advancement across the Command - Maintaining strong knowledge of intelligence domains to assess the unique operational requirements of JIC and sustain optimal staffing levels with the right mix and quality of people Requirements - Education in Human Resource or a related field - At least 6 years of experience in manpower planning, career management, or human resource operations is preferred - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and perform under time pressure Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
