Manager (Manpower Plans)

You will contribute in the development of manpower plans to meet current and future manpower requirements in MSD. Responsibilities You will be involved in the development, review and implementation of establishment and manpower planning framework and processes. You will also be developing and conducting manpower monitoring and analytics, as well as environment scanning to ensure the sustainability of the manpower plans. In addition, you will participate in driving the organisation design and development efforts to ensure that the structure continues to support mission success. Requirements You should have a tertiary education, preferably with relevant HR experience. You should possess good strategic thinking, analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, and be a good team player. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
