Logistics Officer

Responsibilities - To conduct surveys with users to identify and analyse user needs so as to determine prevalent trends, dynamics and market conditions and enhance user experience. - To liaise with internal and external stakeholders. - To enhance service delivery and user satisfaction using Design Thinking concepts - To Identify and adopt innovative logistics solutions to streamline processes. - To develop integrated logistics solutions across transportation, supplies and services. - To co-ordinate logistics support for major events and operations. - To perform operational documentation for logistics services. - To perform procurement and manage associated risks. - To plan and coordinate timely supply chain operations. - To manage contracts and supplies to ensure business continuity. - To digitalize processes for seamless user experience and efficacy. - To collect and analyse data for consumption insights and improvement. Requirements • Relevant experience in Design Thinking, Business process review, procurement, supply chain and digitalization would be preferred. • Self-driven, analytical, systematic and meticulous individual. • Able to work independently and in teams. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Good organizational skills. • Able to persevere and work under pressure. • Only Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
