We are seeking a forward-thinking and hands-on candidate to drive the digital transformation of HR operations and employee services. The HR Analytics Manager plays a key role in modernising and elevating the HR function. You will work at the intersection of people, processes, and data, helping to digitalise HR operations, streamline workflows, and translate people data into actionable insights that drive strategic enterprise decisions. Working within our Workday, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Copilot environment, you will help unlock the full potential of these platforms to make HR more efficient, evidence-based, and impactful. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented, analytically minded professional who is comfortable working with enterprise HR systems and productivity tools, and who is curious about how AI can enhance the way HR operates. Responsibilities Data & Analytics • Extract, clean, and maintain HR data from Workday to support workforce reporting and analysis • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics / people analytics in Microsoft Power BI • Use Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools to accelerate data synthesis, report drafting, and insight generation, translating findings into clear, concise narratives tailored for non-technical audiences • Analyse workforce trends and surface actionable insights to support HR and management decision-making • Conduct ad hoc data analyses to support HR projects, initiatives, and business queries • Support audit and governance requirements related to HR systems and digital processes Process Optimisation • Review and document existing HR processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or manual workarounds • Propose and implement process improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and the employee experience • Leverage Power Automate to automate repetitive HR workflows where applicable • Support the configuration, testing, and adoption of new tools to support HR operations HR Transformation • Assist in planning and executing HR transformation initiatives and projects. This includes the development and implementation of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management platform from the HR perspective, serving as the functional representative for HR requirements and user acceptance testing. • Coordinate with HR sub-functions (Talent Attraction, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) and with IT and Finance stakeholders to align data, processes, and reporting. • Assist in driving adoption of transformation initiatives within HR through documentation, training support, and change management activities Requirements • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a HR, business analysis, or data-related role • Strong technical proficiency in Workday, Microsoft 365 suite of tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams) and Microsoft Copilot. Prior exposure to Workday Report Writer or Prism Analytics is an advantage. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis is beneficial but not required. • Good knowledge of public sector HR operations, and prior experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives will be highly preferred. • A detail-oriented and analytical self-starter with a strong process improvement mindset and communication skills to translate data into clear insights for diverse stakeholders. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across HR, IT, and Finance in a fast-moving environment. • Actively leverages AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance the quality and efficiency of HR analysis, while exercising sound judgement in evaluating and refining AI-generated outputs.
