Step 2 · The role
You will develop and implement staff engagement and internal communications strategies to strengthen organisational alignment and foster workforce connection. You will translate organisational priorities into clear, compelling messages that give employees a strong sense of direction and their contribution to organisation’s success. Working closely with leadership and key stakeholders, you will shape leadership messaging, manage internal communication channels, and spearhead engagement initiatives that keep employees informed, connected, and motivated. Responsibilities You will develop and implement coherent communication strategies, plans, and initiatives that translate organisational priorities into clear and compelling messages for our internal community. You will shape leadership and change communications, ensuring key developments are communicated effectively to build alignment, understanding, and trust across all workforce levels. Beyond communications, you will strengthen our organisational culture and values by designing staff engagement initiatives that foster belonging, managing internal communication channels, and establishing content governance to ensure consistent, clear, and relevant messaging. You will also support initiatives promoting organisational ethics and professional conduct, reinforcing a culture of integrity, accountability, and shared purpose. Requirements • A university degree (Communications/Marketing/Digital Media or equivalent is preferred). • At least 3 years of relevant experience. • Creative, with a keen eye for visual design. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Good project management skills. • High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
