[What you will be working on] • Manage a dynamic workload involving various aspects of contract, cybersecurity, data protection and intellectual property law. • Provide high quality advice on a wide range of technology related legal issues such as complex software licensing, compliance and procurement matters. • Support the design and drafting of software application licences, acceptable user policies and terms of use, technology collaboration, development and maintenance services agreements. • Support the design and drafting of large-scale technology tenders, detailed assessment and evaluation of vendor proposals for diverse products such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions. • Support the resolution of contentious legal issues arising from the development, procurement or implementation of technology products and services. • Support internal audit, corporate compliance, technology design, operations and risk management functions. [What we are looking for] • Called to the Singapore Bar with an excellent LL.B degree and 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills. • Proactive team player with a high degree of thoroughness and positive work ethic.
