As a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Information Technology (IT) in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2 (SDCD 2), you will lead the development and implementation of digital systems and automated workflows to improve the division's operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, design practical solutions and drive the adoption of digital tools aligned with whole-of-government standards. Responsibilities • Work with a team to manage the end-to-end development of integrated digital systems and workflow automation solutions using Open Government Products (OGP) tools and other government-approved platforms • Engage stakeholders at different levels to map existing workflows and co-design standardised, scalable solutions that address diverse operational needs • Manage iterative improvement cycles by gathering user feedback and refining systems • Review processes to identify areas for improvement and coordinate resolution of issues with relevant stakeholders • Conduct briefings and sharing sessions on applications, workflow and related matters to support change management and drive user adoption • Support day-to-day IT operations and administrative matters to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery Requirements • Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, workflow automation, systems implementation or a related IT field • Good understanding of business process mapping, workflow design and process optimisation methodologies • Experience engaging stakeholders and translating operational needs into technical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-excellence mindset and good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong learning mindset As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
