Step 2 · The role

Organisation DevelopmentPublic Communicationstemporarydirector

You will support MAS’ organisation-wide transformation efforts by working closely with stakeholders to track initiatives, synthesise insights, and support implementation and follow-through. This role offers exposure to a range of transformation work, including governance, reporting, and engagement. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: • Collecting and consolidating information on ongoing transformation initiatives to support organisation-level reporting and alignment with Whole-of-Government priorities. • Cleaning and analysing transformation data collected to derive meaningful insights. • Preparing materials for management updates, including organising and presenting data and analysis for reporting and discussion. • Building relationships and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g. product teams, policy owners and implementation departments) to understand needs and gather ground feedback. • Supporting governance and policy alignment work, including analysing implications, consolidating inputs, and supporting development of recommendations. • Supporting change management (e.g. organising and executing activities on the ground, tracking adoption rates, and gathering user feedback). • Supporting staff communications, engagement and training (e.g. developing EDMs, presentations, training resources). Requirements • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organise and synthesis information from multiple sources, and present it in a clear and structured manner. • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders. • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with others and coordinate stakeholder inputs in a structured manner, with strong follow-through. • Proactive, with willingness to learn and seek guidance when needed. • Ready to be hands-on in implementation support and problem solving. • Comfortable working with uncertainty and finding ways forward. • Organised and methodical in managing multiple concurrent tasks. • Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
