Step 2 · The role
This role is to provide strategic guidance and technical leadership in developing and implementing enterprise-wide security architectures. Responsibilities This role sits within the Cyber Security Division and the responsiblities include: • Design and develop enterprise security architectures that align with business objectives and compliance requirements. • Provide expert security consultancy to project teams and senior management on complex security challenges. • Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments for new and existing systems, and provide remediation recommendations. • Create and maintain security design patterns, standards, and guidelines. • Lead security architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with security frameworks. • Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are implemented on IT system. • Evaluate emerging security technologies and make recommendations for adoption. • Develop innovative approaches to address complex security challenges. Requirements • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT Security. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines). • Relevant certifications in networking or cyber security, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC. • Experienced with DevSecOps methodologies and processes. • Experienced in security architecture of cloud native applications. • Experienced in providing security advisory and consultancy on application and services, including the design, development, implementation and/or management of the system. • Understanding of security integration in CI/CD pipelines. • Deep understanding of security tools and technologies, such as Security Information and Events Management, Data Loss Prevention, Database Activity Monitoring, Data Security and Protection, Privileged Access Management, File Integrity Monitoring, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevent,etc. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
