Step 2 · The role
We seek a product manager/assistant product manager to join the core product team of SLA's flagship digital transformation project. The successful candidate will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a digital portal aimed at transforming the conveyancing industry. This role involves close collaboration with vendors, private and public ecosystem stakeholders, and SLA senior management. Responsibilities • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs across the conveyancing ecosystem. • Gather, prioritise, and translate user requirements into detailed product specifications, working closely with development teams and vendors to ensure successful product delivery. • Lead cross-functional collaboration between SLA teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to drive product development and adoption. • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement within the conveyancing industry. • Monitor product performance through key metrics and user feedback, iterating on features to optimise user experience and business value. Requirements • Qualification in the relevant disciplines (Computer Science, Business analysis, Information Technology and IT Product Management) • Experience in product management or business analysis or change management • Strong analytical skills with experience in user research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable product decisions • Exceptional communication skills, able to deliver results through close collaboration and partnership with external and internal parties • Team player with self-motivation, proactivity, and adaptability to rapid changes • Disciplined, focused, and capable of working independently when necessary • Quick learner, willing to acquire new knowledge in conveyancing processes, IT systems, and digitalisation • Experience with agile development process (preferred) • Understanding of the Singapore conveyancing process (preferred) • This is a one year contract position
