Join our Information Systems Applications Department as a Systems Analyst, where you will play a central role in shaping the digital infrastructure that keeps our carpark operations running smoothly for thousands of users every day. This is a broad, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business — giving you the opportunity to develop deep expertise across project management, systems operations, and business analysis in a single position. You will work closely with the Car Park department and a cross-functional team of application developers, cloud and infrastructure engineers, UX designers, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly digital services. Responsibilities Systems & Project Delivery • Leading end-to-end project management of carpark management systems, from developing business cases through to execution and go-live • Overseeing system maintenance, enhancements, and migration initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and to quality standards • Evaluating application development costs and reviewing IT solutions before presenting recommendations to management Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Partnering with business users to understand operational needs and translating them into clear, actionable digital solutions • Managing vendor relationships and holding delivery partners accountable for quality outcomes • Collaborating with UX Designers and Infrastructure Engineers to ensure solutions are both secure and intuitive Operations & Governance • Ensuring day-to-day system operations run smoothly for all users, including diagnosing and resolving technical and operational issues • Reviewing application security vulnerability reports and IT audits in accordance with IM8 guidelines • Preparing and presenting IT incident reports, audit responses, and internal monthly reports to management Process Improvement • Identifying opportunities to streamline business processes through digital transformation • Adapting to both fast-paced project environments and steady-state operations as business needs evolve Requirements Knowledge • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems operations, in a project management or business analyst capacity • Familiarity with IM8 guidelines and IT governance practices • Working knowledge of one or more of the following technology environments: Java with Spring Boot, React, and Azure Cloud; Java with Spring Core, JBoss EAP, Camel, and ArcGIS; or Java with Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle/WebLogic • Experience with Agile development methodologies and/or DevOps practices is an advantage • Professional certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified ScrumMaster are a plus Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical and business issues clearly • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present IT issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to manage vendors and deliver projects in a structured, outcome-focused way • Comfortable working across both technical and business domains Attitude • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player • Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities across operational and project workstreams • Proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions before they escalate • Curious and growth-oriented — keen to continuously develop your skills across a broad remit
