We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our Information Services & Digital Capabilities team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about digital transformation, operational excellence, system enhancement, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in driving digital initiatives, improving operational processes, managing system operations, and supporting service innovation across the organisation. Responsibilities Policy Translation & Operations Governance • Co-develop operational policies, governance frameworks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective and compliant service delivery • Prepare policy papers and recommendations to support operational effectiveness, service improvements, and system enhancements • Support governance and compliance initiatives aligned with organisational and regulatory requirements Product Management • Gather, analyse, and review business requirements for system enhancements and digital initiatives • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation across workflows and customer journeys • Apply design thinking methodologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency • Manage product lifecycle activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with users and stakeholders System Operations & Incident Management • Oversee daily system operations and coordinate issue management activities • Monitor system performance and work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues • Lead incident management efforts during service disruptions, including stakeholder communications, coordination, and post-incident reviews Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement • Drive change communication initiatives for system updates, including preparation of user guides, FAQs, and training materials • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and vendors Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Professional qualification in any discipline • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience • Experience in system project management and/or agile product squads will be an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools • Experience in GenAI, automation initiatives, or design thinking projects is preferred Skills & Competencies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Good writing, presentation, and documentation abilities • Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative team player • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us • Opportunity to drive impactful digital transformation initiatives • Collaborative and forward-looking work environment • Exposure to innovation, automation, and GenAI projects • Meaningful role with opportunities for growth and development
