You will play a key role in conceptualising and implementing engagement strategies that enhance how URA builds and maintains positive relationships with our stakeholders, youth, and the public. Responsibilities Your role will focus primarily on youth engagement - expanding our outreach and deepening youths’ understanding and appreciation of URA’s efforts in shaping Singapore’s urban landscape. Together with the team, you will design impactful educational resources, cultivate relationships with educational institutions, and create innovative learning experiences to inspire our youth to become responsible land stewards of our city. You will also support broader stakeholder engagement efforts, including facilitating effective stakeholder management and cultivation, and analysing engagement data to drive continuous improvement in our engagement efforts across URA. In addition, you will identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership, including supporting the team to nurture a pool of volunteers to co-create and co-deliver programmes with URA. Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, or related disciplines is preferred; candidates with degrees in Geography, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies will also be considered • Candidates with one to two years of experience in youth or public engagement and/or programme management are preferred; fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conceptualisation to implementation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in an accessible and engaging way to students and educators; comfortable working with data and able to present insights effectively • Creative and passionate about engaging and inspiring youth, with an interest in developing innovative learning and engagement experiences; familiar with emerging engagement trends and digital tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; resourceful and adaptable • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in teams and build rapport with partners and stakeholders • Able to work on weekends when required
