Responsibilities Successful applicant will play an active role in managing and supporting the end-to-end IT operations of the e-Examination systems for non-National Examinations, which includes managing system enhancements and providing operational support to stakeholders. The key responsibilities include: • Managing and enhancing the e-Examination system and its technology infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of Non-National e-Examinations, including pre- and post-examination processing. • Training, equipping and supporting relevant stakeholders — including SEAB officers, school teachers, and candidates — with the skills and knowledge required to use the Examination systems effectively. • Implementing appropriate governance frameworks and standard operating procedures to manage risks and IT operational processes for the Examination systems. • Supporting technology research, conceptualisation, and implementation of innovative IT solutions and tools to enhance the delivery of digital-based examination operations. • Supporting system integration efforts to ensure seamless data transfer and processing, and to maintain high levels of data reliability and integrity. • Leading project coordination, user acceptance testing (UAT), and sanity testing for system enhancements and new projects. • Collaborating with members of various departments to understand their business needs and recommending digital solutions to meet those needs effectively and efficiently. • Leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Requirements • Professional Qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology / Systems or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT / research, and consultancy of complex IT solutions in a public agency is preferred. • Candidates who possess a good understanding of the Singapore educational landscape and the Instruction Manual (IM8) for ICT, experience in supporting audits, and knowledge of government procurement processes, compliance and contract management will have an added advantage. • Possess good communication, analytical and organisation skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. • Possess a good mix of business acumen, technological knowledge, product development skills and passion for technology. • Self-motivated and proactive team player who is able to adapt, learn, and multi-task in a fast-paced, complex environment. • Able to drive the adoption of digital tools to enhance business operations
