This role is part of MHA’s Civilian Generalist career track. Learn more: https://go.gov.sg/civiliangeneralist The main scope is of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau. Responsibilities The main scope is of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau, namely but not limited, to the following: • Procurement Management a. Responsible for processing eFORMS, raising of purchase requisitions for divisions assigned and the following types of purchase requisitions  ITQ and ITT purchase requisitions  HomeTeam Retail Megamart (HTRM)  Building and Infrastructure  Medical Services • Building and Infrastructure Management a. Coordinate and supervise service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance work. b. Verify work done and ensure timely completion according to Service Level Agreement. c. Submitting security clearance for contracted suppliers. d. Assist in reviewing contractor quotes and submitted documents. e. Handle user feedbacks and enquiries. f. Provide regular checks of building and systems. g. Assist in coordinating and facilitating Addition & Alternation (A&A) work within the premises. • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management. Requirements • Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management. • At least 3 years of relevant work experience. • Knowledge of government procurement process will be an advantage. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to work independently and as a team player. • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
