3P Network Department (3PN) supports PUB’s strategic objective to manage Singapore’s water demand through marketing, communications and community engagement to raise awareness, grow support and generate action among stakeholders. We aim to: • Showcase and drive greater awareness of PUB’s work and overall impact on Singapore • Shape public sentiments on the need for water conservation and urgency of coastal protection • Build community resilience for flood and coastal resilience • Develop partnerships and garner stakeholder support Responsibilities You will be joining the Community Relations Division of 3P Network Department: • Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, in particular relating to the community, grassroots organisations and general public, to meet PUB objectives with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. • Build and sustain relationships with Grassroots Advisers, Leaders and Constituency Offices, which includes fronting engagement with Grassroots Organisations. Identify opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to foster buy-in of PUB’s work, encourage ground-up initiatives, and/or develop programmes and events to engage the target audience. • Support ops departments’ engagements of Grassroots Organisations in project/issue/crisis management to best address residents’ concerns. • Develop indicators and collect data to evaluate effectiveness of outreach programmes and engagement initiatives, to improve them and inform future strategy and plans. Requirements • Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Comms, Marketing, Social Sciences), with minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Able to work on weekends and weekday evenings where necessary to support community events and grassroots meetings • Strong organisational and project management skills • Excellent analytical and writing skills, along with strong presentation and oral communication skills • Highly motivated and able to deliver under tight deadlines • Work well independently and also a good team player • Resourceful, with excellent interpersonal skills
