[LTA-PT] DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, TICKETING STRATEGY & PROJECTS Responsibilities This role sits within the Ticketing Strategy and Projects Division, where you will play an active part in shaping the ticketing services charging framework for transparency and cost effectiveness. You will contribute to the development of long-term ticketing policies and strategies, while engaging a broad range of stakeholders across the transit ecosystem. You will be involved in: • Working with the appointed consultant for the review of the ticketing services charging framework. • Contracts management with Public Transport Operators and transit service providers for ticketing related matters. • Analysing transit data for insights to deliver a commuter-centric and future ready ticketing system. • Implementing projects to enhance operation and services, and support new payment modes in transit. • Preparing approval papers and agreements with transit service providers covering service level monitoring and service fees. Requirements We are looking for someone who is meticulous, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while delivering quality work under tight timelines. You should possess: • Knowledge in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Be able to conceptualise and operationalise policies. • Be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable presenting to management. • Be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
