You will be responsible for ensuring the secure, sustainable and scalable operation of the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) Digital Transformation Office's (RDTO) low-code ecosystem, serving as the bridge between policy governance, technology providers, product teams and business users to deliver and sustain digital solutions across the RSN. Responsibilities - Administer and govern RDTO's low-code ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Co-pilot and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards and operating procedures for low-code adoption across the RSN - Manage Development, Sandbox and Production environments, including provisioning, lifecycle management and access controls - Drive operational sustainability of deployed low-code products and maintain inventories of applications, flows, connectors and shared components - Support product onboarding, deployment and scaling in line with governance and security requirements - Coordinate technical operational matters with partners and vendors, and facilitate multi-stakeholder implementation discussions Challenge(s) - Keeping pace with rapid technological advancements and continuously upskilling to front emerging best practices for adoption within the organisation - Engaging frequently with industry partners and defence technology entities to enable RSN's low-code technical needs Requirements - Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Programming or a related field is preferred - At least 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure application, infrastructure platform management or solution engineering is preferred - Knowledge of ICT governance frameworks and low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Co-pilot or RPA tools - Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
