The Emerging Technologies team develops, implements, and manages cybersecurity policies and strategies in emerging technologies (including quantum, cloud, artificial intelligence), and emerging risks, to advance and strengthen Singapore’s national cybersecurity interests. Responsibilities As a member of the Emerging Technologies team, you will assist in the strategy and policy development for emerging technology, in support of national cybersecurity capability. Your responsibilities will include to: • Develop and recommend strategies, masterplans and efforts to senior management, to address the cybersecurity implications of emerging technologies, • Collaborate with technical and policy stakeholders in WOG, industry and international agencies to understand technology developments and risks, to inform the design and execution of cybersecurity strategies and masterplans • Conduct research and analysis on strategic trends in emerging technologies Requirements Requirements You should have: • A tertiary qualification, preferably in engineering, computer science or other technical fields • Experience with policy formulation and/or technology is preferred, as well as background in cybersecurity or digital security • Strong communication and analytical skills, both in presentations and written formats • Willingness to learn and take on a diverse range of work, and able to operate in ambiguous and unstructured work environments If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
