Senior/ Lead Manager (Innovation)

As a Senior/ Lead Manager in the Schools Division Innovation Office (SDIO), you will lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts across schools and Schools Division branches. You will work closely with schools and HQ divisions to identify and scale best practices in school administration processes, as well as review relevant structures to ensure sustainable school operations for the longer term. Responsibilities • Engage schools in deep-dive reviews of existing administration processes and structures, including those for finance, procurement, HR, IT and facilities management • Lead the documentation and scaling of good practices, including developing implementation frameworks and monitoring adoption • Drive change management efforts in partnership with schools and HQ divisions to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and technological solutions • Guide schools in implementing best practices and on process optimisation Requirements • Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities • Proven track record in change management and implementation • Analytical mindset with ability to identify and document best practices • Experience in school administration or public sector operations would be an advantage As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
