RPG undertakes statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children and families. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to break cycles of abuse, neglect and offending. Description of Division: The Volunteer Corps of RPG develops and drives the overall strategy and service planning to harnessing volunteers in service delivery to augment our manpower and improve outcomes in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children and families. Responsibilities Brief description of Job Scope: Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will contribute to the following: 1. Lead and support publicity and outreach efforts to raise awareness of the MSF Fostering Scheme, including creative and marketing initiatives, as well as collateral design and production. 2. Lead campaign evaluation and research studies and analyse data to enhance fostering recruitment strategies. 3. Engage and build close partnerships with various stakeholders on fostering and volunteering initiatives. 4. Plan and coordinate events, including fostering outreach activities and engagement sessions with foster parents, partners and RPG volunteers. 5. Support volunteer management functions, including the processing of foster parent and volunteer applications, maintaining databases and coordinating volunteer engagement activities. Responsibilities: As part of the Volunteer Corps, you will play an essential role in supporting the team across several key areas. You will lead and support publicity and outreach efforts to promote the MSF Fostering Scheme, including creative and marketing initiatives, collateral design and production, and other targeted communications. You will also plan, coordinate, and execute fostering outreach activities, events, and engagement sessions with foster parents, partners, and RPG volunteers, ensuring effective participation and engagement. In addition, you will lead campaign evaluation and research studies, analysing data to inform and improve fostering recruitment strategies and outreach efforts. You will engage and build close partnerships with various stakeholders, including community and volunteer partners, to strengthen fostering and volunteering initiatives and enhance collaboration across programmes. You will also support volunteer management functions, including the processing of foster parent and volunteer applications, maintaining databases and records, and coordinating volunteer engagement activities. Through these efforts, you will help foster a strong and supportive community of volunteers and foster families. Requirements Requirements: • Education Background in Mass Communications, Marketing or related disciplines with at least 2 years of communications experience • Interest in volunteer engagement and public outreach work, with ministry/statutory board communications and data analytics experience preferred • Collaborative team player who is able to build effective relationships with internal teams, partners, and volunteers • Self-driven and adaptable, with strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments • Creative and analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaigns, interpret data, and improve outreach strategies • Excellent written communication skills and confident public speaking abilities for engaging diverse audiences including volunteers and community partners • Interest in making a difference to vulnerable children and families Functional Competencies: • Mobilisation • Stakeholder Engagement • Sense & Evaluate Impact • Message Framing & Delivery • Outreach & Engagement
