Systems Engineer/Senior Systems Engineer - Digital Solutions & Services Dept

This role provides ICT expertise for Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring compliance with government standards. It involves leading projects, managing vendors, and driving user adoption through training and communication. Responsibilities • Provide subject matter consultancy and expertise in the provision of ICT systems, solutions and services for a Digital Workplace. • Propose technical designs, solutions and integrations that work well with the Government infrastructure and are compliant with policies, standards and security requirements. • Lead projects and manage vendors in the implementation and support of Digital Workplace systems and end-user computing technologies according to business and security requirements. • Evaluate and conduct proof-of-concepts with Product Principals and System Integrators on Digital Transformation/Digital Workplace technologies and related security solutions. • Seek and analyse root causes of issues by deep understanding of the enterprise environment and collaborating with technical teams from various domains and vendors in providing solutions. • Manage procurement and maintenance renewals of hardware, software and ICT service subscriptions including preparation of technical specifications. • Analyse, develop and communicate the technology deployment process, seek feedback from stakeholders and make continual improvement in the operations phase. • Conduct user briefing sessions/training to prepare users in adopting new solutions with the creation of impactful communications and documentations. Requirements • 5 years experience in ICT systems, solutions and services for digital workspace. • Strong domain knowledge and skills in • Microsoft (MS) 365 & Office 365 solutions, MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, MS Teams, Azure and MS Active Directories, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, etc • Security relating to MS Technologies e.g. Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Rights Management, MS Privileged Identity Management, MS Security Compliance Manager, MS Certificate Authority, MS Cloud Application Security, etc • Identity and Privileged Access Control • Integration with ServiceNow, or other IAM/ITSM platforms • Automation via PowerShell, Graph API, or Logic Apps • Windows Server and Virtualized Server systems hardening • Information Security Governance, Incident Handling and Risk Management • Project & Vendor Management • Technical Writing & Presentations • Effective Communications with non-technical audiences and senior management #LI-Hybrid
