[Temp] Guest Experience Assistant, Operations (3 Months Contract)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant. As a Guest Experience & Retail Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting the operations team by creating a fun and engaging experience for our visitors. Responsibilities • Provide frontline services including ticketing, admissions, and guest assistance • Offer information and guidance on products, services, and exhibitions • Support visitor interaction with exhibits and digital tools • Assist with merchandise display, stock control, and inventory management • Respond to guest enquiries and provide first-level service recovery when needed • Enforce safety rules and ensure guest’s safety at all times • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and health & safety standards in all areas • Escalate incidents and assist in emergency response procedures Requirements • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Able to commit up to 3 months. • Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm (Minimum 3 working days per week, including weekends & Public holidays) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable speaking in front of an individual or group setting and delivering good customer service. • Applicant(s) with relevant experience has an advantage.
