As part of NSAS’s Strategic Communications & Special Projects team, the job holder will develop and implement NSAS’ integrated communications strategy, including media engagement, digital content, social marketing, to deliver NSAS’ key messages and strategic communications outcomes. This role will cover all communications, branding and media efforts for NSAS. He/she will also work with external stakeholders on events and engagements to profile NSAS and space in Singapore. Responsibilities • Develop and implement integrated communications strategies to support strategic messaging outcomes • Develop and implement media outreach and engagement strategies to build mindshare and communicate our objectives • Maintain NSAS’s digital presence and enhance outreach to key target audiences through owned channels • Maintain NSAS’s brand identity • Work with vendors as required for specialized products and marketing campaigns • Data-driven communication research, social listening and reporting to refine communication efforts • Work with external stakeholders to profile NSAS and further international partnerships Requirements • Minimum 3 to 5 years of related work experience in strategic communications, marketing communications, media relations or public relations • Interest in public sector policy matters, international relations, economic issues and current affairs • Good project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in creative design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Capcut would be an advantage
