Step 2 · The role
[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS SERVICE TENDERING Responsibilities You will be part of a dynamic team to shape the public bus industry under the Bus Contracting Model. You will have to work closely and collaboratively with the various LTA divisions to prepare and evaluate the bus package tenders. In the course of work, you will conduct market scanning to understand best practices on bus tendering in other countries as well as review processes and business requirements to improve the contracts. You will also have to work closely with the relevant ministries to obtain the necessary approvals to facilitate the award of the bus tenders. Requirements • Knowledge in any discipline. • Strong writing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. • Team player who is independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and proficient in the application of AI-powered tools. • Candidates with working experience in tendering preparation and evaluation/award will have an advantage. As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
