[Temp] Exhibition Crew for One Ocean Exhibition (Min. 2 Months Contract)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as an Exhibition Crew for the One Ocean Exhibition. As an Exhibition Crew, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team by creating a safe and engaging experience for our visitors. Responsibilities 1. Support the exhibition team with daily operational tasks. 2. Monitor exhibit areas to ensure a safe and engaging experience for visitors. 3. Assist with crowd management and maintain smooth visitor flow throughout the exhibition. 4. Provide basic information about exhibits when approached by visitors. 5. Conduct regular checks to ensure exhibits are in working condition and report any technical issues. 6. Support event logistics such as queue management, handing out materials, or activity facilitation where required. 7. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of exhibition areas. 8. Share curated narratives that help visitors understand the key themes of the exhibition. 9. Answer visitor questions and facilitate interactive experiences where applicable. 10. Provide excellent visitor service by creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere. Requirements • Students who meet the minimum age to work in Singapore are welcome to apply. • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable speaking in front of an individual or group setting and delivering clear instructions. • Physical stamina to stand for long hours. • Applicant(s) with relevant experience has an advantage.
