Senior Executive - Development Projects [ITE Headquarters] – 2 Yr Contract

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas. Responsibilities You will be involved in the Development Projects including upgrading of ITE’s training facilities. Your key responsibilities include the following: • Implement upgrading of ITE’s facilities including taking charge of the project from inception to completion; • Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure that the projects are well-managed and in compliance with statutory requirements; and • Manage the contractors to ensure that the contractual obligations and deliverables are met. Requirements • Relevant credentials in M&E Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building/Estates Management or other building-related disciplines; • At least 2 years of relevant work experience; • Ability to handle contract administration, including variations, Extension of Time (EOT), and final accounts; and • Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. • Preferably with experience in formulating tender documents and/or coordinating with a team of consultants, including Structural Engineers, Architects, M&E Engineers, and Landscape Architects.
