You drive the enhancement of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)'s warfighting network capabilities through the design and upkeep of the SAF's network connectivity architectures. You will also serve as the technical policy lead for the SAF in collaborating bilaterally and multilaterally with partner armed forces and defence establishments on communications and connectivity efforts. Responsibilities - Work with various stakeholders to consolidate and fuse connectivity requirements - Establish and maintain connectivity-related policy documents, ensuring their relevance and feasibility - Develop new and revise connectivity-related policies in response to evolving operational needs - Engage extensively with stakeholders to gather effective feedback for policy enhancement Challenge(s) - Exercising defence relations acumen in engagements with foreign armed forces and defence establishments - Understanding and managing the dynamics of cross-functional teams with varying priorities - Developing a strong understanding of the operational connectivity needs, systems and projects Requirements - Education in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent discipline - At least 6 years of experience in bilateral or multilateral defence relations - Strong acumen in communications and connectivity solutions - Keen interest in communications and connectivity work within a defence relations domain Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
