Senior Producer

You lead and oversee the production of high-quality content for information and media campaigns. Responsibilities - Design and execute impactful media campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive and high-quality content - Manage end-to-end production processes - Innovate with new content formats and strategies to strengthen MINDEF/SAF's presence across mainstream and social media. Challenge(s) - Managing overlapping work schedules and resource allocation to meet critical delivery requirements - Allocating and optimising limited resources to meet critical campaign requirements without compromising standards - Translating complex military information into clear, engaging content that aligns with MINDEF/SAF's mission objectives. - Balancing creative direction with compliance and operational precision to safeguard MINDEF/SAF's interests Requirements - Education in Communication Studies, Film, Sound & Video, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related media field - Strong proficiency in writing and content development, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging material - Good awareness of Singapore's political, defence, and security developments as well as current affairs - Resourceful and resilient under tight timelines, with a commitment to maintaining high standards - Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing responsibilities - Proficiency in a vernacular language is advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
